*Malaysia - Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs are at flat rate RM8 for West Malaysia & RM12 for East Malaysia.
We ship via POSLAJU Delivery.
POSLAJU usually delivers in 1-2 business days.
Above quoted delivery times do not include the processing time. Due to carrier limitations, orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive than the above quoted delivery times.
**International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are determined by weight and Free Shipping does not apply.
We only ship via Registered Parcel Service via POS MALAYSIA .
Parcel usually delivers in 5-15 business days.
Shipping costs do not include any surcharges, taxes, duties, or additional postage that may be applied by your country.
Due to carrier limitations, orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive than the above quoted delivery times.

Shipping Schedule
In stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 10:00 am on Friday will begin processing for shipment on the next business day. (Usually on Monday unless it is a holiday) If your order should be back ordered, you will be notified by email. We will provide you with the anticipated date of shipment as well as substitution options for a quicker delivery.
We will send you a shipping notification via email when we have shipped your order. This notification will also include your delivery confirmation/tracking number.

Shipping Insurance
SentuhanBayu does not insure packages against loss or damage. If your package should become lost* or damaged, we are not responsible if you did not purchase insurance during checkout.
*A lost pacakge is defined as a package that has not arrived to your shipping address after 30 days of shipment AND DOES NOT have a confirmed delivery by POSLAJU.
PLEASE ensure that you provide a safe mailing address for us to ship to. We WILL NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left in an unsafe place. If this is a concern, then please provide us with special instructions (i.e. leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, leave at front desk, etc.) and we will be sure to note that on your package.
